.My name is Rick Neugebauer and I serve as an associate Director for TEAM RCD and liaison to Santa Ana Watershed Authority (SAWA) for the Board.  I bring more than 40 years of land development, winery development experience and water agency knowledge to the Board.  My recent work in vineyard development provides a unique perspective to board discussions about policies and projects. I have volunteered in various organizations throughout my life as a native Riverside County resident including serving as a Board Member for the Southwest YMCA and was a Volunteer Fireman/EMT for Riverside County CAL FIRE.
